Payment and Return Policy

Returns

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Return items must be unwashed, unworn and all original tags must be attached. We may also request that the proof of purchase be presented with returned items. Envy Boutique reserves the right to refuse any items that do not meet our return quality expectations.

Refunds

NO REFUNDS will issued, however, if we are unable to exchange your item for another (at equal or lesser value) we will issue you a store credit. This credit can be used toward any future Envy Boutique purchase.

Payments

All major credit, debit and check cards are accepted online as well as in person. We do not accept checks but Paypal is available. If there are any concerns with your items email us at [email protected] within 10 days of purchase. We will do all that we can to accommodate any sizing or quality issues. 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. We will provide shipping lables upon notification of return via email. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that credit. We ship via USPS so please keep in mind that it can take 3-5 business days to receive any purchase.

Sale and Clearance Items

All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE. We will not provide any exchanges or store credit on these items.

FAQs

Keep in mind that this is a boutique and we do not buy in bulk. Any items that we have may not be available for exchange or repurchase. In the event that your item is no longer available we will provide a store credit.
